Working from home is not easy, most of the new internet marketers are working a full time job, sometime 8 hours and sometimes 10 or even 12 long hours. They decided they want to change their lives and own their own internet home business and work from home. No one told them that entering this kind of business is hard work. That they will have to invest time in their new business and that the money will not just end up in their bank account just because they joined a promising program.

When you are just starting you new internet marketing business you are still working a full time job, you are tired and when you get home you want to rest, but then you have to go to you other work, internet marketing business is a second job if you like it or not, and you need to find time to work on it, work an hour a day 2 or 3 and if you can even work hours as long as you get work done on your new business in order to build it.

Some days you will find yourself unmotivated, you are tired, you cannot think, you cannot focus, your eyes are sore and brain is so dry you cannot enter one more thought into it.

Here are some tips you can use to clear you mind, get your energies up and get motivated:

1 – Exercise. Take a walk, walk around the block, walk your dog, as long as you are walking and getting fresh air, clearing your mind and not doing something related to your work. Go to the Gym, exercising will cheer you up, and fill you with more energy.

2 – Take a day off. Yes, don’t work on you business one day, nothing will happen, go to see a movie, watch TV, read a book, play with your kids, whatever you choose to do, just don’t work on your internet business. You need the rest and if not working one day is what you need then take a break.

3 – Go to sleep. Sleeping will not only clear your head, but it will lift you energies up and make you stronger. Finish you work day early and go to sleep, you body is cleaning itself while sleeping and you will see that in the next morning you have more energy, and will work better.

4 – Find out what is your motivator, remind yourself why did you start your online business from the beginning, what was the reason you decided to make this step and change your life, write this reason on a piece of paper and look at it every time you feel down.

5 – Make a list of your goals. List what are your short term goals and your long term goals. You want to earn extra money every month, be financially free, you want to set your own hours, you want to work from home and be your own boss, and you want a new car, a new house, add these goals to your list, and keep this as a reminder for why you are working so hard.

6 – Make a “to do” list. Keep you online business organized. Make a list for you everyday activities and future activities, thing you need to do right away and thing you can do later. Cross the things you did from the list and enter new things, don’t forget to save some time for a break.

Whatever you do, do something, it is not the quantity that matters, it is the quality that makes the change, even if you only do one thing a day, as long as it bring in the results you want, you are a winner.
